江戸川橋にあるデリカッセン、「Abats」
元々はビストロがあった場所に、いつの間にか出来ていました。
店先には、前もフランスの国旗が掲げてありましたが、別のものかどうか？今もフランス国旗があります。
ショーケース２つの小さな店内。
g単位と、パック単位での販売のようです。
パテドカンパーニュ700円を購入。
初めてなので、とりあえず無難そうなのを頼んでみました。
保存料は使用していないので、１週間以内には食べてくださいとのこと。
