A modern-looking Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant located in the area between Kagurazaka and Edogawabashi. It seems that it has been open for several years, but this was my first visit. The interior has a calm interior with black and wood tones, and there is a counter and table seating, giving it a slightly upscale feel. We ordered [Yamagata beef ribs], [Yamagata beef loin], and [skirt skirt steak], along with kimchi and alcohol. It was delivered in about 10 minutes, and all of them had good colors. The short ribs had good marbling and were tender and fatty, the loin had a strong lean flavor and was moist without being dry, and the skirt steak was of unknown origin, but it had a nice crispness to it. Best of all, it was a counter seat, so it was a good space to concentrate on Yakiniku (Grilled meat). However, when the meat was brought to me, the sauce spilled and got on my pants, but even though I wiped it myself with a towel, they just said they were sorry and didn't give me any follow-up. It was a shame. Overall, in this area, considering the unit price, taste, and hospitality, I thought it would be difficult to stay like this.
