Yakitori uses Shingen chicken from Yamanashi Prefecture. Meat raised with care for the environment and feed is juicy and has no unpleasant taste! ✨The ``neck'', which is made by wrapping neck meat in perilla leaves, is recommended. The yakiton is made using Jomon pork from Chiba Prefecture, which is raised entirely on pasture. It has three times more flavor than regular pork and has no odor! ``Shiro'' is rich in fat, and even people who don't like ``liver'' will fall in love with it. The secret homemade sauce is used for Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and yakitori, and the grilled salt is also homemade. Finished with exquisite grilling❗️

The head chef has 40 years of experience in Japanese Japanese-style meal. Everything is handmade and we are particular about the soup stock, and we take time and effort to prepare it with zero compromises. The appetizers are also made with seasonal ingredients, so much so that some people order second helpings! Although there is a wide variety of standard menu items, it is a little different from ordinary Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) cuisine. The gentle and delicate cuisine reminiscent of a Japanese restaurant is a taste that can only be achieved by a veteran chef. There are also a la carte dishes that go well with alcohol.The ``Grilled Eggplant Kohaku'', which is carefully made with fresh eggplants, is a masterpiece created by the head chef. We are also proud of the cost performance that allows you to enjoy it at a reasonable price! ️

We have a wide variety of drinks, with about 60 varieties always available! We stock seasonal sake, mainly from Niigata, a rice-producing region. Highballs and sours are reasonably priced from 450 yen, making it a great choice for heavy drinkers. We also have a bar counter, so feel free to stop by!

A 90-year-old traditional house was renovated by the owner and staff themselves. Everything is handmade, including chairs made from kimono fabric and objects made from driftwood.
