In addition to Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made with Akita Prefecture's Hinai chicken and eggs, we also offer unique skewers such as foie gras and other variations. We use carefully selected domestic and seasonal ingredients, such as fresh vegetables from Akita Prefecture and Miura in Kanagawa Prefecture, and fresh fish from Japanese-style meal, to deliver masterpieces that take advantage of the ingredients with simple Japanese-style seasoning. At the end of the course, we also serve clay pot rice made with rice unique to that time. Any leftovers can be wrapped in bamboo leaves and taken home.
DrinkWe offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, mainly Japanese sake, to enjoy with your meal.
We also have a selection of drinks, mainly domestically produced. The sake selection changes from time to time, but there are always around 10 types available to match the dishes. We offer Sato's black, white, and barley shochu. The whiskey is from Signature Friend from the foot of Mt. Fuji, and the bottled beers are all from Japan, such as Asahi and Ebisu. In addition to red and white wine, we also have champagne, which is perfect for celebrations. Please enjoy the pairing of seasonal course meals and a moment of toast.

It's a small restaurant with only 8 seats at the counter, so it's recommended for a small group of people to enjoy a leisurely meal.
