宣言もあけたので新規開拓
やっと宣言があけたので新しいエリアで新規開拓しようと思い、今回は飯田橋に来てみました。ネットでお店を探しているとオープンしたばかりのお店を見つけたので電話で問い合わせ空きがあるとの事だったので伺いました。
コース料理二種類のみとの事で上のコースを頼み、苦手な物やアレルギーを聞いてくれます。私は特に苦手なものがないので全てお任せで頼みました。メニューはドリンクのメニューしか置いてないみたいです。
先ずは瓶ビールを頼み喉を潤します。直ぐに最初の鳥スープが出てきます。濃厚な鳥出汁で胃を温めてくれます。その後に先付けの秋田のお野菜のお浸し(ちょっとお野菜の名前忘れてしまいました)これが粘りと歯応えがあり美味しかったです。前菜も４種くらいの盛り合わせが出て、その後に比内地鶏の串焼きがまず３本だったかな、そこからまた単品で比内地鶏の玉子のトリュフソースだったり生牡蠣だったり野菜焼きやブリ大根等、色々頂き今度は比内地鶏のモツ系の串焼きが出てきます。最後にその場で炊いた土鍋ご飯とお漬物等のご飯のお供が10種類程出て〆になります。
ご飯の前にお腹いっぱいになっていたのですが、この土鍋ご飯が非常に美味しく全部食べてしまいました。残ったらおにぎりにしてお持ち帰りも出来るみたいなのですが、食べれました笑
飲み物はビールの後に日本酒を２合ほど頂きほどよく酔い楽しい食事になりました
席が８席のカウンターのみしかなく、大将が１人でやっているのでMAX６人くらいしか同時には入れないとおっしゃっていたのでこのお店は予約必須になるような気がします。この日も私の後に予約のしてなかったっぽいお客さんが来ましたが、入れなかったので。
新規開拓１件目は非常に良いお店でした！また伺いたいと思います。ご馳走様でした！

初めて訪れてからもう何度かお世話になっています
定番のみずの実のお浸しや比内地鶏の串焼き、最近変わったとゆう鳥スープのお粥
毎回安定した美味しさ！それに加え行く度にかわっている一品の数々が美味しく嬉しく楽しい
店内が静かで落ち着いて飲食出来るのもいい
また近い内に伺いたいと思います。
