本日は大人の街、神楽坂に来ました。
久しぶり来ましたが、随分と若者が増えた気がします。
お邪魔したのは隠れ家的裏路地にある「とりや 蝦名」さん。
カウンターのみですが、ゆったりと座れて居心地良い感じです。
こちらの店はコースのみなので、今回は比内地鶏の串焼きと炊きたて土鍋ご飯の和食コース（8,800円 (税込)でお願いしました。
先ずはエビス瓶ビールで乾杯！
お通しは鷄のパイタンスープ。
濃厚で優しい味わいはホットしますね。
秋田県産みずのこぶのお浸し。
初めて食べたが余計な味付けをしていないのが良く分かる素材の旨味。身体に良さそうな逸品。
万願寺唐辛子の焼き浸し
冷やし具合も丁度良くこの季節にはピッタリ！しらすも良く合います。
ドリンクは日高見をもらいました。
平目のお造り
えんがわ
タマゴ
初めて食べた平目のタマゴはタラコの様な味わい。これは美味い！
秋田比内地鶏
むね肉は皮つきなのでカリッとパリッと身はプリッと、程よい脂がバッチリ！
手羽
コリコリしていて塩が良く合います。
せせり
軽く炙っていて柔らかい。
レモンサワー
よだれ鷄風ひやむぎ
一口サイズのひやむぎは鷄の旨味と辛味のベストコラボです。
野菜串2本は三浦の長ネギと秋田の椎茸。
そして花びら茸茶碗蒸しは味付けも優しく染みますね。
枝豆饅頭はなんとつくね入り！
つくねと絶妙なバランスの饅頭が幸せの一品！枝豆が夏を感じさせますね。
金目鯛の玉子けんちん焼き
鱧と丸茄子
こちらも季節にピッタリ！シャキッとした白髪ねぎがポイントです。
土鍋ご飯は秋田産かぐや姫。
しっとりしていてふっくらと炊き上がったご飯にご飯のお供10種！
かぶ、白菜、カボチャたらこなど、日本人で良かったと思える瞬間でした。
今日のディナーは大満足です。
