久しぶりの神楽坂「瀬戸神楽」。
やっぱりめちゃめちゃ美味しかったです。

また来てしまいました...神楽坂の瀬戸神楽さん。
今日からペアリングセットをスタートされたそうです。
メニューにはないワインとその時の旬の料理の付け合わせで2800円。また、相変わらず刺身が美味しすぎて...今回はボトルも入れたので、2人で17,000円弱。クオリティの割に高すぎず、安すぎず。ほんとバランスの取れたお店だと思います。

今回も鯛の刺身盛り合わせを堪能させて頂きました。安定の美味しさ。思わずおかわりしてしまいました^^;
また、鯛のレアカツなるものを注文。見た目は何処にでもあるレアカツでしたが、食べるとめちゃめちゃ鯛の身が詰まっていて、お肉よりボリュームがあるんじゃないかというくらいお腹いっぱいになりました。ただ、今回は卵焼きに1つ注文、上にかかっているアラレいる？ってなりました。もともと薄い味に、味のないアラレの組み合わせがどうなのか。改良して欲しい。

今回はランチで利用しました。相変わらず、鯛の刺身はダントツ美味しかったです。肉厚もあるせいか、醤油も他と違うからか...やっぱり他では味わえない味だと思います。あとはランチの種類が増えてくるともっと楽しめるかなと。

刺身ダントツ一番でした

これまで食べた鯛の刺身の中でダントツ一番でした。ここの刺身を食べると当分他のお店の刺身は食べれそうにないくらい。お店の雰囲気も落ち着いていてデートや接待にも使えそうでした。まだオープンして間もないからか、お店のスタッフの方の対応が辿々しい感じでしたが、次回以降期待します。
味90点、コスパ85点、サービス75点、客層は落ち着いた方が多かったように感じました。
