家族で訪問しました。ランチは日祝限定です。
予約しておいたのは神楽坂ランチ12000円のコース。これにペアリング6000円をつけました。ペアリングは、日本酒とワイン混合のお任せです。日本酒だけとか、ワインだけにも変更できるようです。
ランチは他に9000円のものもあります。ウニ手巻きが含まれているのは、12000円のコースのようです。
こちらのお店の店主は、食事も飲み物もとても身体のことを考えていらっしゃって、すごくお詳しいです。食材に対しても、いろいろ考えて拘っていらっしゃるようで、例えば海苔巻きも何種類か出てくるのですが、全て違う産地の海苔なんだそうです。1番そのお寿司に合うものをチョイスされているようです。

食事もお酒も最後まで大満足のコースでした。最後には、お祝いのプレートも用意してくださいました。別料金ですが、フルーツ盛り合わせにメッセージを入れてくださいます。大福も付いていました。
またぜひ訪れたいと思います。
