Compared to when it was in Shinjuku, which was a big box, it has become much smaller, and is now fully booked by 4 to 5 groups a day. Reservations are usually fully booked up to a month in advance. The clientele that day consisted of a mix of elderly men and women, a group of elderly women, and two groups of two men and women. The women in the mixed team were very aggressive, but considering the price, it was acceptable given the location of Bistro. Choose a hearty course consisting of 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes. What I used to eat a lot when I was in Shinjuku, but which is no longer on the menu now, is Yamato potato mousse topped with caviar and foie gras poire. The sea urchin gratin was still good. Each dish is made with great care, and the quality of the food is Restaurants. I went there once during the day and once in the evening, and the white fish poele was generally excellent. If your stomach can only handle one main dish, make sure that today's fish dish is fried white fish. On that day, there was a large amount of black sea bream. Meat Dishes, I chose garlic Steak, which has been my choice for a long time, but now I wonder if it's changed from before. I couldn't remember what it was, but it was definitely delicious. The first creme brûlée I ever had was a coupe choux, so I followed suit. Gentle and delicious. There was a woman serving customers alone, but her friendliness reminded me of the sense of distance I had when I was in Shinjuku, and I felt at ease. I would like to visit again if I can make a reservation again.
