牛込神楽坂周辺はレベル高いなあとしみじみ。
隠れ家的位置にありながら常にお客さんが居るビストロ。
料理はかなりリーズナブル、その分お酒は高め(ただ、その分ワインはなみなみ)。
本日1番のお気に入りは白子とギリシャワイン(白)。
白子のぷちっとした食感に濃厚なバジルソースが美味しい。
ギリシャワインはかなり辛口でお料理によく合う。
ラザニアはトマト味もクリーム味も濃厚で、ソースが多め。
バケット追加でソースをディップしていただくのがおすすめとのことで、バケットもつく豚のリエットを追加。
リエットは非常に食べやすいつくりで、脂身極少なめのペッパーで調理したさっぱり系。
このお店、どんどん追加注文したくなる。
今後更に繁盛しそうな予感なので、早めに再訪したい。
