We were provided with a welcome drink when we made a reservation online. I tasted and compared four types of raw Oyster. Oyster were called Samurai from Hyogo Prefecture, and I was surprised at how thick and creamy they were. It seems that if you grow it in shallow water with few waves, it will become thicker. The onion soup was also naturally sweet and delicious even though it didn't have sugar. The snow crab linguine and milt gratin were both exquisite.
