牛込神楽坂の牛込中央通りから路地に入った住宅街にあるイタリアンビストロ。
カウンターメインで、少しのテーブルがある、店主がお一人でやられいるお店です。
オープンしてから徐々に人気が出てきて、週末は予約をしないと入れないことが多いので先日予約をして行ってみました。
メニューは、イタリアンのメニューと生牡蠣がウリなのですが、
【ニース風サラダ】【大山鶏モモのからあげ】【４種チーズのラザニア】+飲み物
を頼んで、１０分程で順番に届きました。
ニース風サラダは、レタス等の野菜の上にツナ、ゆで卵、オリーブ等がふんだんに乗って、優しい酸味のドレッシングで仕上げられて、美味しいです。
色々な食感が楽しんで、白ワインに良く合います。
唐揚げは、外は細かい衣でサクサク軽く中が、しっとりジューシーで超柔らかいモモで、イタリア風の鶏天のようで美味しかったです。
そして、ラザニアは、こんなにドロドロで液体のようなラザニアは初めてで、飲むラザニアです。
トマトの優しい酸味と甘みがチーズのコクとクリーミーさに包まれてバランスの取れたソースで、それに挽肉とシートパスタが包まれてあっという間に完食です。
中にロングパスタが入っていてもトマトクリームパスタとして成り立つようなトマトチーズソースで、ハマりました。
総じて、当たり前の料理を少し変化を加えて楽しませてくれるワクワクするビストロだと思いました。
また、軽くお酒とツマミだけもフラッと寄って楽しみたいです。
