Our meat is purebred Tajima Wagyu beef from Awaji Island, Hyogo Prefecture. We want to bring out the deliciousness of the ingredients to the fullest in order to connect the producers' wishes to our customers. With this in mind, we chose charcoal grilling, which directly conveys the deliciousness of the meat. This is our proud meat that we can proudly recommend.

We have a selection of domestic wines purchased directly from producers, as well as wines from around the world carefully selected by our sommelier to match the dishes. We offer 6 to 7 types of red and white wine by the glass, including rare wines. We always have over 100 types of bottled wine in stock, including red, white, rosé, and orange. We also have straight grape juice from France and non-alcoholic yuzu/plum sparkling, so feel free to come by even if you don't like alcohol.

ChefThe chef is Kazuki Yokohama.
Born in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1995. Raised in Iwate Prefecture. Upon graduating from high school, he obtained a chef's license and entered Ecole Tsuji Tokyo, where he worked for 8 years as a manager and chef at Restaurants restaurant locations in Ebisu and Nakameguro. Currently in charge of Azeta Kagurazaka.
