平日ランチです。
立て込んでいて遠くにいけないので飯田橋へ。
先日食べログの新規店舗検索で見つけたこちらを訪問してみました。
前の店舗は“わがん”で、居ぬきでの利用。
外壁の“わがん”という文字はそのまま残されており、
勘違いして訪問される方もちらほら。
外壁修正するのに100万ほどかかるそうで、そのままにしてるみたい。
訪問時間13:00ちょい前、先客2名、後客4名。
すべて女性のおひとり様。
雰囲気的には騒がしくなく、ゆっくりと過ごせそうなお店です。
お願いしたのはお肉定食の中から、
鶏もも肉1枚！タンドリーチキン1,000円。
お茶碗を自分で選んでくれとのことで、
大小のお茶碗から一番小さなお茶碗選択。
という事は1杯限りってことかな？
6分でタンドリーチキンが提供です。
タンドリーチキンは小さ目150g程度のモモ肉かな。
サラダに、フライドポテト、
みそ汁はなめこと大根おろし。
ご飯は白米と玄米の選択が可能ですが、
白米をよそって準備完了。
サラダはレタスとわかめ、ドレッシングが甘くてコクあります。
フライドポテトが下味がついていてしっとりとした味わい。
なかなか行けてます。
メインのタンドリーチキンですが、
スパイスの香りはさほど強くなく程よいアクセント。
小さ目ながらお肉はとてもジューシーで、
口に入れてみたらとても柔らかな食感。
実に良いご飯のおかずです。
そして何よりも白米がおいしい。
美味しいおかずに、美味しい白米。
これはごちそうです。
おまけにみそ汁手が込んでます。
味噌は気持ち濃いめ。
大根おろしがなんとも良いとろみを出してます。
この大根おろしですが、大根臭さが全くない。
卸す前に水にさらしていたのかしら？
みそ汁の甘さは、味噌溶いただけではなくて、
みりんと砂糖を加えているのかな。
とてもよいバランスでした！
という事でこの日は当たり定食でした！
ささっと食べてお会計。
