平日ランチに伺いました。
富士そばのビルの2階、わかんさんの跡地です。
「1日1食くらいは栄養バランスの良い食事を！」がキャッチフレーズの定食屋さんです。
年配のサラリーマンや若い女性など、健康意識が高そうな客で賑わっていました。
席に着いたら、箱から好きな茶碗を選んで自分でご飯をよそいます。
自分の適量を決められるシステムのようです。
なるほど、さすが健康志向の店ですね。
◆魚定食（1200円）
この日は、赤魚の塩麹グリル さっぱり！フレッシュトマトソース定食。
赤魚はトマト味のさっぱり味でとてもヘルシーで美味しかったです。
付け合わせの小鉢は2つ。
・キャベツときゅうりの塩昆布和え
・ジャガイモと玉ねぎ炒め
野菜がたくさん食べられるのは嬉しいですね。
どちらも美味しかったです。
ご飯は長野県産コシヒカリ。
五つ星お米マイスターが厳選した国内産の一等米のみを使用しているとか。
炊き加減も良くてとても美味しい。
ワカメとなめこの味噌汁も美味しかったです。
ランチには少し高いのですが、健康には変えられないですよね。
味も美味しいので、たまに利用させていただきます。
