牛込神楽駅を降りて徒歩数分のところにある「BISTRO NONKI」さんにお邪魔してきました。
扉を開けオープンキッチンを抜けた先は、思ったより広めの空間が拡がっていました。店内はオレンジ系の照明で、ウッド調の空間が木の温もりを感じさせてくれます。
注文はＱＲコードでのオーダー方式で、LINEに登録してからのオーダーです。これは便利だけどほんの少し使いにくいかも（笑）
メニューは豊富でどの料理もワインやお酒によく合いそうで美味しそう！何を注文しようか悩みます（笑）
今回注文した料理は

前菜盛り合わせは、キャロットとキャベツのラペ、パテドカンパーニュ、鶏ハム、マッシュルームのピクルス、鶏の白レバームース、ラスク？、季節野菜のカポナータetc…一度にいろんな種類を楽しめボリュームもあって、どれも美味しい！ワインやりんごジュースにぴったりな前菜です（笑）
牛タンのタリーアータは上質なローストビーフのような食感と味わいが素晴らしく、こちらもワインにぴったり！ボリュームがあるので満足度高め！
和牛シンシンはローストするのに時間がかかるため、早めに注文したほうが良いそうです。私達はこれに併せて青森県産にんにくのガーリックライスも注文しました！厚みのあるシンシンをゆっくりじっくり火入れして仕上げたステーキで、これが分厚いのに柔らかくて、凝縮した旨味が最高に美味しい！このステーキをパンチの効いたガーリックライスと一緒に頬張るともう最高！まるごとにんにくの入った背徳のガーリックライスと牛肉の旨味がハモって…思い返すとまた食べたくなりました（笑）もちろんワインに合わないわけがない！オススメのコラボです！
総括として、「BISTRO NONKI」さんは、温もりを感じさせる店内で老若男女が気軽に食事やお酒を楽しめるビストロです。どのスタッフさんも丁寧な接客がとても好印象でした。料理はワインによく合う料理がたくさんあり、ゆっくりお酒を楽しみながら料理をいただける長居していまう系の居心地のいいお店でした！
