Chef Keiichi Sugai is in charge of creating a number of carefully selected dishes. I have been involved in the food and beverage industry in a wide range of business categories, including a certain famous hotel, and have accumulated over 20 years of experience and training. We also have a pastry chef who won an award in the buttercream decoration category at Pancakes Show sponsored by the Tokyo Western confectionery Association.
