Established in Shizuoka over 60 years ago. A Wagyu Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant launched by Aono Group, a meat professional that handles everything from importing and raising meat to processing, distribution, and sales. We purchase carefully selected meat, including "Shizuoka Sodachi", Japanese black beef from Shizuoka Prefecture.

We purchase fresh wasabi from Mochizuki Wasabien, a famous wasabi farm that has been running for 400 years in the Yutogi district of Shizuoka Prefecture, the birthplace of wasabi cultivation. Fresh wasabi differs from regular wasabi paste in that it has a very rich aroma and mild spiciness. It moderately neutralizes the fat of Wagyu beef and is surprisingly refreshing to enjoy. At our restaurant, we provide this fresh wasabi to all tables. Please enjoy the marriage with Wagyu beef.
