土曜日の夜に予約して訪問。飯田橋駅から徒歩5分程度の外階段をあがった2階にあります。
11月にオープンした新しい店内は広めで個室や広々とした掘りごたつ式のテーブル席です。
静岡の「静岡そだち」という和牛の卸業者の直営の店舗のようで、静岡がコンセプトになっています。店名の「だもんで」は静岡の方言からきているそうです。
静岡の繋がりから富士山のふもとにあるなかなか手に入らないわさびをまるっとテーブルででおろし、おろしたてのわさびをたっぷりとお肉と一緒に食べまることを推奨しているスタイル。
ドラゴンタンはスクラッチの宝くじ付きで当たったら300万円の縁起付き。笑
タン先〜タン中のお肉で細かく包丁が入っており、特にタン中はタン元と思わせるくらい柔らかくとろけました。
特選盛り合わせのお肉はザブトン・カイノミ・ランプ・ウワバミ・バラの部位と、後半2つは初めて聞いた部位ですが和牛らしく脂ののりがよいものでわさびでさっぱりといただきました。
