友人に連れられて訪れた隠れ家的な焼肉店での体験は、まさに忘れがたい美食のひとときでした。和牛焼肉とワサビの絶妙なハーモニーは、素晴らしく。また店内は洗練されつつも落ち着いた雰囲気で、隠れ家感溢れる内装が印象的でした。
私たちが頂いたのは、Makuake限定のプレミアムコースで、11,000円（税込）という価格でしたが、その価値は十分にありました。コースは多彩な品々で構成されており、まずは上品な前菜から始まりました。続いて、温かいシーザーサラダが登場し、その後赤身握りと霜降り握りが繊細な味わいを提供してくれました。
特に印象的だったのは、特上タン塩と和牛の厚切りハラミです。それぞれの肉の質の高さと、ジューシーで豊かな風味が絶品でした。そして、ODAMONDE ドラゴンタンは、見た目の迫力と共に味わい深い一品でした。サーロインのすき焼きは烏骨鶏の卵を使用した月見タレと合わせることで、一層深みのある味わいになっていました。
特選四種盛りは、様々な部位を楽しむことができる豪華なセットで、烏骨鶏の卵の添えられた釜ご飯と玉子スープ時雨煮の付け合わせは、焼肉の後の口直しに最適でした。抹茶ティラミスで締めくくるデザートは、口の中でとろけるような甘さが印象的でした。
この店は、素晴らしい料理の数々と心地よい雰囲気で、特別な日や大切な人との食事に最適な場所です。飯田橋に足を運ぶ機会があれば、是非また訪れたいと思わせるほど魅力的なお店でした。
