【和牛焼肉DAMONDE】飯田橋

飯田橋駅から徒歩5分ほどにお店を構える焼肉屋さんに行ってきました！その名も「和牛焼肉DAMONDE」さん！
個人的におすすめのメニューは「開運ドラゴンタン」と「うにく」です！開運ドラゴンタンは提供の際に演出があるので要注目！厚切りにカットされており食べ応えあり！
うにくは本物のウニの中に和牛ユッケとウニが乗ったこれ以上ない贅沢でした！
こちらのお店は食材のこだわりが素晴らしい！何点かあるので紹介させて頂きます！

①しずおか和牛
→ 2017年に発表された静岡県の黒毛和牛ブランドです！静岡県は元々高品質な黒毛和牛を生産する土壌があり、上質でおいしい牛肉が生まれる環境に、これまで培われた生産者の努力と技術が相まって極めた和牛！
②幻の生わさび「望月わさび園」
→ 望月わさび園はわさび栽培発祥の地、14代に渡り脈々と受け継がれているわさび名家です！
1年半かけて栽培するので「幻の生わさび」にふさわしい希少品！
こちら全テーブルに提供！和牛の脂を程よく中和してくれます！
③ 烏骨鶏の里 東かがわ烏骨鶏ファーム
烏骨鶏は『薬膳食材の王様』と言われており「超高級食材」として話題を呼んでいます。鳥骨鶏卵は黄身が大きく濃厚で、箸で持ち上げられる程強い弾力がありました！
