Sanji is a hidden craft shop that opened in a back alley in Kagurazaka in April. The interior of the shop, which was renovated from a long-established tofu shop founded in the Taisho era, is a simple space with a traditional feel. The dishes, cutlery, and lighting used to serve the food are made from traditional crafts and works by artists from all over the country. The warm atmosphere is one of the charms of our shop. We have table seats, counter seats, stand seats, and terrace seats. Perfect for a variety of occasions, such as Standing bar by yourself, a date, or a girls' night out.

We opened with the theme of "Bringing Japanese Crafts to the Nation" with the desire to connect makers of beverages and other products with consumers. As food becomes more diverse and globalized, we aim to be a place where you can experience Japanese food culture, including a dish that offers a taste of domestically produced foods.
