ランチで訪問。
九段下界隈、以外と飲食店が少なくてびっくり。
神保町まで行けば、豊富なんですけどね。
年配の会社員おじさん達が、こちらのお店に入っていくのを見て入店決意。
外観も店内も、年季の入った木造で雰囲気はあるが個人的には衛生的な理由で
落ち着かなかった。
良くも悪くも、雑なご家庭のお家にお邪魔したような居心地の悪さ。
それでもおじさま達には人気のよう。お客さんの男女比8:2くらいで圧倒的男性が多い。
ランチメニューは、揚げ物からお刺身などまで8種類くらいあって、ほぼ一律￥1,000前後。
ワタシは無難に【鶏の唐揚げ定食】を注文。
注文後、周囲の席のおじさん達もまだ提供されていない事に気づき、提供に時間がかかる
のではないか？と不安に襲われた。
結果、提供されるまで15分弱かかりました。
1時間という限りある昼休みに厳しい＞＜
そして唐揚げ定食。大きめにカットされた鶏が5個。
小鉢には大根とイカゲソの煮物、お漬物、お味噌汁、
サラダもついてボリューミー。女子はご飯少なめにした方がいいかも。
時間も迫っているので、すぐに唐揚げにかぶりつく。
ヤケドしそうなほどの熱さはない。
味は、、、、手仕込みだろうと思われるが、普通に美味しい。
ただ、昨今の鶏の唐揚げブームのせいで唐揚げについては、
口が肥えてしまっているので、お店でこのくらいの味というのには
満足感は満たされなかった。
鶏の唐揚げも、友達のお家で晩ごはんをごちそうになっているような
そんな感じ。良く言うと【家庭料理】。大根の煮物についても同じ。
けして不味いというわけではなく普通に美味しかったが、誰かのお家で
いただく普通の【おうちごはん】感が拭えず、お値段も含めてモヤモヤが
残るランチとなりました。
