The person in charge of the kitchen is a chef who was in charge of pottery for 13 years at the famous Tokyo Fukurinmon Ginza store. Our three popular menu items, created by our head chef with solid experience and skill, are ``grilled pork belly with skin'', ``Hong Kong style grilled duck'', and ``grilled pork belly''. The skin is crispy and fragrant, and the meat is moist and juicy on the inside, making it an exquisite dish. The meat is full of flavor and goes well with wine. Please try it when you come.
