SNSで大評判だった香港食堂へお邪魔致しました。18時スタートで意外と料理提供に時間が掛かることを想定し、チャーハンも含め早めにオーダーしましたが、やはり時間が掛かりましたね。
厨房1名、ホール1名なので致し方ないですね。女性のホールスタッフはオーダーテイク、提供、片付け、厨房の皿洗い、野菜の下ごしらえからお会計まで、一瞬たりとも休まず仕事されており、働き方に感服致しました。本日もホントご馳走様でした♪
