Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located on the south side of Akihabara Station, under the real guard. Although it is under guard, it has a fashionable atmosphere. One weekday evening, I stopped by on my way home from the field office. There are a few European and American foreign customers inside the store. It's clean, and the menu has a wide variety of dishes, from Seafood to meat such as Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), so I think it's a good place for foreigners to enjoy an `` Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)'' experience. I will take a seat at the counter near the entrance. Naturally, the first thing to do is beer. And Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) for appetizer. Tsunagi salad, meatballs and bonjiri with sauce, please. Beer is served immediately and comes with an appetizer. Otoshi also appears. It's a slightly elegant Small dish that I like, called Suji, but it has my natural enemy, shrimp, on top of it (^^;). Remove the shrimp and pick up the shrimp. While you're drinking, Tsunagi salad comes out. It's a bit too much for one person, but I'm a bunny who loves raw vegetables, so I don't mind eating it. Because it has tuna, it's a healthy snack and doesn't go well with alcohol. And then Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) comes out. Both the meatballs and bonjiri are baked to a nice color. It's not a sauce that feels deep and ``age'' like the long-established red lantern, but it has an elegant sweet and spicy taste. Even though it's called Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), I think the quality of the food is one class higher than a regular restaurant. I wouldn't go so far as to call it a kappo restaurant, but I think that even foreigners visiting Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) for the first time will become ``Japanese Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) fans'' at a restaurant of this class. I replaced the alcohol with a highball, but discovered that they also have "raw Oyster"! . I would like two raw Oyster and a glass of wine (white), please. Actually, I visited this restaurant in November last year, but this was my first time trying raw Oyster this season. Eat raw Oyster with plump flesh and a rich aroma from the ocean with ponzu sauce and grated maple leaves. Of course, it goes perfectly with white wine. From Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) to Oyster, alcohol and draft beer. I was very satisfied to be able to taste the wine from the highball. It was a great time to enjoy the `` Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) taste'' that was one level higher.
