北海道の幸を楽しめる居酒屋、北の味紀行と地酒に行って来ました。
塩焼きホッケ、ズワイガニ、タコといくらのサラダ、イクラ丼など北海道の美味しい食べ物を存分に堪能できたお店でした。
魚介類が苦手な方は厳しいと思うのですが、逆に好きな方は大満足して料理を楽しめると思います。
焼酎、日本酒も充実していて、食事に合うお酒がたくさんんなので、飲みすぎ注意って感じです。
鍋料理から、お刺身まで、これでもかってぐらい魚介たちを調理したものが出て来ます。
この味は行って確かめてほしいです。
