ヨドバシAkibaの8階にある鰻のお店です。
三河一色産のブランドうなぎを使用している、と謳っています。
ひつまぶしとうな重が主なラインアップです。
名古屋が本拠地のジェイグループホールディングスの系列店なのでひつまぶし中心なのだと思います。
こちらの株主優待で定期的にこのお店のひつまぶしを頂いているのですが、今回は以前より、そして多くの名古屋のお店より鰻はふっくらとしていてパリッとした感じは弱くなっていました。
そのせいか、ひつまぶしとしてよりも関東風のうな重のような感じで食べ進めてしまいました。
また、二段重ねひつまぶしを普段いただくのですが、だいぶ前から二段目の鰻が少なくなったなぁ、と寂しく思っていたのですが、今回はやや量が増えているように感じました。
お吸い物は肝吸いでまあ良い感じに箸休めになります。
ところで、こちらのお店はうな重もパリッと焼いている感じだったのですがこちらも変化したのでしょうか？いつも食べ終わると、次回はうな重にしてみようかな、と思うのですが結局半年ほど空いてしまうのでひつまぶしを頼んでしまって、うな重はだいぶ注文していません。
週末は結構回転から並んだりして賑わうお店ですが、平日の午後なんかだと比較的入りやすいようです。
なぜ秋葉原のここにひつまぶし？と昔から不思議だなぁと思っているのですが、都内にはひつまぶしのお店が少ないこともあるので安定した経営状態が続くことを願っています。
