二段重ねのひつまぶし（4300円）はボリューム凄い。
久々のアキバヨドバシへ。
ランチに鰻を食べにいつものうな匠に訪問。
前回はうな重だったので今回はひつまぶし気分、
ということで二段重ねのひつまぶしを注文。
で、ついでに瓶ビールも注文！
サービスでご飯大盛りできます、とのことなので
お願いすることに。
ビールをちびちび飲みつつ待つこと15分で
ひつまが到着。めっちゃ美味そう！
早速いただきます。
とにかく一口目がやっぱり旨い。幸せです。
そのままで、と薬味あり、
を交互に挟みつつ食べ進みますが、
ご飯大盛りはさすがに欲張りすぎでした。。
鰻の量とのバランスも悪く、後半お腹が辛くなりました。
それでも最後にお出汁で締めて完食。
美味しかったです。また来ます！
うな重特上（4300円）
日曜日昼間に電気街の買物ついでにヨドバシAKIBA8階のレストランフロアへ。
11時頃だとどのお店も空いていてどこに入ろうか、悩むが、ここはいっちょ鰻屋さん「うな匠」へ。
店内は綺麗で高級感があります。
ひとりなのでカウンター席へ。
メニューを見ると「ひつまぶし」「匠御膳」に惹かれるが、シンプルにうな重が食べたい！という事で『うな重特上』を注文！
折角なので、昼間から瓶ビール（プレモル中瓶）も発注。
注文を待つ間に続々とお客さんが来店。人気店のようです。
ビールを飲みながら、20分ほどでうな重が到着。
蓋を開けると、鰻が丼に9切れ乗ってます。
特上なので、流石にご飯は見えません。
一口食べると、皮がパリパリ、身はフワフワで、タレも濃すぎずちょうどいい感じで美味しい！
山椒をかけつつあっと言う間に完食！
久しぶりの贅沢でした。

ヨドバシAkibaでキーボード物色がてら訪問。
店内はインバウンド客多数！賑わってます。
前回はひつまぶしだったので、今回はうな重に。
しかも「極」を注文！ご飯の量は普通にして、
瓶ビールを飲みつつ、しばし待つこと25分ほどで鰻重が到着。
さすが「きわみ」。ボリュームで蓋が浮いてます。
蓋を開けると4✖️4の16ピース。重なりあってます。
で、早速いただきます！
パリパリの焼き加減は好き嫌いあるかもしれませんが、流石国産。美味しいです。
う巻きも美味しい。
興が乗って途中で日本酒（醸し人九平次）の小徳利も呑みながら、のんびりと至福のひととき。
栄養取れたので、また暫く頑張れそうです。
