水曜日の20時頃、7～8年振りくらいに訪問。
平日の夜というのに、ヨドバシアキバのレストラン街は全体的に賑わっていました。
なんとなく、外国人の比率が高いですかね。
■三段重ねのひつまぶし（5800円）
肝吸い、漬物、出汁、薬味三種（海苔、九条ねぎ、わさび）付きです。
待つこと、20分弱で到着。
出来合いのうなぎではなく、ちゃんと焼き立てを提供しているようですので、この点は良いです。
そして、うなぎは、三河一色産（愛知県）の「うな姫」を使用。
国産のちゃんとした銘柄のうなぎというのは、やはり安心です。
ただ、「ひつまぶし」なので、もちろん地焼きなのですが、備長炭を使用しているというわりには、炭の香りも皆無で備長炭の良さが全く生かさていない。
というよりも、なんだか老ねた脂の臭いが気になりました。
せっかくの国産銘柄うなぎなのに、ちょっと勿体ない。
あと、お櫃から溢れるほどの山盛りのご飯。
これは、ご飯の量が多過ぎで、うなぎとのバランスが悪いです。
三段重ねにしたのに、うなぎが増えたというよりもご飯が異常に増え過ぎている感じ。
お値段を考えるとちょっと残念。
買い物ついでに軽い気持ちで「うなぎでも食べようか」ということであれば良いかもしれませんが、うなぎ目当てでわざわざ来るお店ではないかな。
