I came across this restaurant by chance while searching for dinner with a friend, so I made a reservation. When I entered the restaurant around 6:45pm, the restaurant was about 80% full and the only seats available were reserved seats. I think it's a popular shop because it looks like this even though it's a weekday. I went in for All-you-can-drink course (for drinks only). ① Macaroni corned beef (580 yen) It was delicious, but I feel like I can eat it even if it's not here. ② Quail flavored egg (380 yen) I think the quail would come out better if the seasoning was a little more pronounced. ③Limited! Natural Yellowtail Daikon (880 yen) I thought the seasoning was a little strong, but it goes well with alcohol, so I'd like to eat it again. There was a lot of yellowtail, so it was really good. ④ Meat Miso Tofu (480 yen) The amount of meat and tofu and the seasoning were just right. ⑤ Stone-grilled offal stew with salt (1,200 yen) It was the most delicious thing I ate that day! It was a dish that had a good balance of salt, tofu, and offal, and went well with alcohol! ⑥ Chicken Tataki (980 yen) Personally, I think this was also good. If the staff are all gathered in the kitchen, you won't be able to hear their voices if you're seated, and it will take time to order.
