《ナスの味噌炒め》
は、揚げたナスと玉ねぎとピーマンとニンジンを味噌で炒めただけ。ただ炒めた。
味が凄く日本人向けです。美味しかったです。店員のお姉さんも面白い人で、独特なおもてなしを感じました。
今回ランチで利用してきたのがこちらのお店。
