2024.03.22 (Friday) Sunny First visit Entered at 13:10 First customer 1 Second customer 4 Served at 13:15 Shrimp vegetable tanmen: 900 yen I visited our store after my night shift. (There was no vegetable tanmen. I visited because they were offering shrimp and vegetable tanmen.) I entered the store and sat down at an empty table for four. A Chinese female clerk immediately provided cold food. I ordered the desired "Shrimp Vegetable Tanmen" after checking the menu. There is only one woman serving customers at the store. The kitchen is unknown. The seasonings on the table include soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, and pepper. "Miyaneya" was playing on the built-in TV. After waiting for about 5 minutes, it was served on a tray. Shrimp Vegetable Tanmen Noodles are light yellow and thin with little curl. The doneness of boiling is a little firm. When I bit into it, the noodles remained firm and had a good crunch. Ingredients: 9 shrimp, cabbage, carrot, komatsuna, wood ear mushroom, chopped green onion Are the shrimp boiled with potato starch? There was no smell and it was plump and elastic and delicious. Is it flavored with sesame oil and added later? Contains 9 rather large shrimp, perfect for shrimp lovers! ? ? Vegetables such as cabbage are very soft. It is lightly stir-fried and then simmered in soup. It's a small amount of vegetable ingredients for tanmen. The wood ear mushroom had a good elasticity and the soy sauce was good. The chopped green onions were crunchy and hard, but the texture wasn't bad. The soup is slightly clear and salty. The soup stock consists of chicken bones, flavored vegetables, and dried foods. The chicken bone is the main ingredient, and it's full of flavor. It really has the flavor of dried food.It seemed more like a Ramen shop than a continental Chinese restaurant. Salt content is a little high. It had a little bit more oil and had a nice chewy texture. Fried rice The amount of rice is mini size. It's slightly moist, salty, and delicious. The rice grains were well coated with oil, so I didn't think they were made in advance... It consisted of eggs, green onions, and carrots, and no meat. Pickles: Shredded pickled greens. The spiciness is a little strong because it is chopped into pieces and mixed with spicy seasonings. Although it was thinly sliced, it had a nice chewy texture. Almond tofu: Soft with just the right amount of almond flavor. It has a coldness and sweetness that makes it passable. Overall review: The shrimp and vegetable tanmen had a modest amount of vegetables, but it was delicious. The fried rice is mini-sized, but if you eat it with the tanmen, you'll be full! ! The pickled zha cai has a spiciness that makes it a good accompaniment to alcohol. The almond tofu was quite ordinary. Customer service is average. The cleanliness of the store was quite impressive. Thank you for the meal.
