Food ``100 Years of Meat Sauce'' that takes time and effort and shines with years of experience and knowledge
The owner trained in Italy for three years and is a skilled chef with over 30 years of cooking experience. We created ``100 Years of Meat Sauce'' with the desire to connect the sauce, which has been created through years of research and development, to the traditional taste passed down at long-established Restaurants in the Piedmont region, and ``connect it to the future 100 years from now.'' Please look forward to the deep flavor that takes two days to prepare the broth from the cleaned tendon meat, homemade tomato sauce, Italian wine Barolo, and other carefully selected ingredients.

By combining three ingredients in a well-balanced manner: 100-year-old meat sauce, five types of original blended Italian cheese, and thick, chewy homemade dough, we have created a lasagna that you won't find anywhere else. The dough is made from durum semolina, which is also a low GI food, and has a chewy texture. We are particular about using Wagyu beef and domestic beef that we purchase directly from the source. If you want to enjoy meat sauce, we recommend the handmade tauritette pasta! Enjoy the marriage of carefully selected ingredients.

Sweets are available a la carte, with a lineup of about 5 to 7 types that change weekly. The most popular dessert, ``Italian Pudding,'' has a firm texture and is a popular dessert in the area. Tiramisu is also a popular item. Sweets that go well with home-roasted coffee can also be enjoyed at cafe time every Saturday only. Please enjoy a wonderful time with your favorite cup and Sweets that will soothe your soul.
