Tsukiji Sushiko is particular about the Tokyo Central Wholesale Market, the world's largest fish market. First-class products gathered from all over Japan
The Tokyo Central Wholesale Market is a place where the best quality and quantity of fish from all over Japan is gathered. The taste, shape, size, and quantity of fish on the market vary depending on |
Speaking of sushiko, this is probably my first time using Yokohama Sushiko, which was located in Yokohama Station Ecute. It is still fresh in my memory that the restaurant was originally open during breakfast hours, but closed early. The store was probably opened based on BM's intentions, but there must have been a mismatch in various aspects. As a citizen of Kanagawa Prefecture, I can understand this. Now, our store. Akiba Trim, a commercial building owned by Tsukuba Express (TX). It is located in a corner of Restaurants floor on the 5th floor. I entered the store after moving from 82ALEHOUSE, which was diagonally opposite where the 0th party was being held. Make a reservation and use it with your family. When I told my name to the friendly veteran staff member, I was guided to a semi-private room behind the kitchen. There are two tables that seat four people, each separated by a roll curtain. It was nice to be able to relax here. To order, press the call button. A young staff member, perhaps an apprentice craftsman, handles the work. Drinks include Atago no Matsu (300ml) 1,580 yen (excluding tax, same below), Kurokirishima 590 yen with hot water, and freshly squeezed Sudachi sour 520 yen. I was asked if the appetizer cost 400 yen per person for boiled whelk. Maybe because there are a lot of foreigners, they ask to avoid trouble. It's an appetizer from Sushi, so you can expect it. The staff member from earlier said apologetically that the appetizer had been replaced with red shellfish. The dishes are 850 yen for boiled amberjack, 1,800 yen for grilled conger eel, 600 yen for 4 special grilled eggs, and 780 yen for fried white shrimp. Everything, including the tamagoyaki, is prepared after an order is placed. Next is the Hirame Usuzukuri (1,700 yen) and the Assorted Vinegared Vinegared dish (1,000 yen). Add sake, Hakkaisan (180ml) 830 yen. It's a one-go bottle. It's Seiichigo. A veteran staff member brought us a recommended menu (that he had forgotten to bring out) and told us that this was also available. Find what you're looking for. Shirako ponzu sauce 900 yen and fried blowfish 950 yen. Both of them visited the store with high expectations. It's time to wrap up. Drinkers become hosomaki. Kanpyo 350 yen, Anakyu 500 yen, Tekka 500 yen x 2. The seaweed flavor and vinegared rice are good. The good thing about it is that it's high quality and easy to use. Also, the alcoholic beverages are reasonably priced and have plenty of food. We were able to enter the store today without a reservation, so it must be a hidden gem in Akihabara.
