秋葉原で飲み会に呼ばれたので行ってきました、てじなーにゃ。
どうも、えりっちんです。
最近暑い日が続いてまいってます。
今回は千代田区神田佐久間町、秋葉原駅から徒歩１分の川初ビル5Fに行って来ました。
こちらのお店は名古屋コーチンをメインに使用しているお店のようです。
たまの息抜きってんで、ちょっと盛り上がって参りました。
店内は広々とした和風の個室空間が広がっております、素敵ですね。
こちらのお店では主に名古屋コーチンを使用した地鶏料理をつまみにしてお酒を飲む事が出来ます。
コースも名古屋コーチンや地鶏料理がたくさんあるという事で、楽しみも多いですね。
そんなわけで、今回の注文は一番人気らしい「贅沢美食プラン」に なります。
このコースで提供される料理は全部で9品、それに３時間の飲み放題付きです。
それでは早速料理の内容を見て参りましょう。

まずはお通し、こちらはトマトの和風カプレーゼでした。
さっぱりしたトマトとチーズの味が堪能出来ました。
続いて一品として枝豆が登場しました、宴会には嬉しい一品ですね。
定番ながら味わい深いスタートメニューですね。
料理は良い感じのペースで運ばれてきます。
季節野菜の和風サラダ、シャキッとした野菜とと柔らかな肉質の美味しいサラダでした。
本日の御造りは地鶏のお店ながら、鮮魚も新鮮な物を使っていて、コリッとして美味しい味わいでした。
天麩羅盛り合わせは衣が薄衣で綺麗に揚がっていました。
絶品鶏団子付き 名古屋コーチンと木ノ子の胡麻仕立て鍋、鶏料理と鍋は相性がさすがに良いですね、やはり美味い、肉本来の旨味が溢れ出てきます。
逸品として金目鯛の濃厚雲丹ソース焼き、金目鯛と濃厚な雲丹ソースが美味しかったです。
季節を問わずに年中無休で食べられるのは嬉しい所ですね。
そしてそのお鍋の出汁を使って、うどんすきが登場です。
鶏の出汁との絡みも良くて、鶏肉との相性も抜群の一品でした。
食事の後にはすっきり爽やか季節の甘味も出て来て綺麗にコースが〆られました。
次回もまた安定してコースにするか、別の物にするか
はたまた、新しいコースを発掘するか悩ましい所です。
