年末に訪問。
席数も20席もなく常連さんが多いため、直前に予定を決めることが多いのでなかなか入れずにいましたが、
当日お昼に電話したところ、なんとか訪問できました。
当日予約なしで来たお客さんは断られていました。
お席が混んでいたためか、単品ではなく8本コース(2,750円)がプリセットでした。
ささみ、砂肝、ねぎま、つくね、なんこつ、ハツ、手羽、銀杏でした。
こちらにお通しのサラダと鳥出汁スープがつきます。
砂肝は処理や焼きの加減が如実に出るメニューと思いますが、きちんとした下処理と絶妙な火入れと感じました。
追加で希少部位をいただきたかったですが売り切れ、
鳥珍味3種も売り切れでした…年末なので在庫をあまり持たないよう調整されてたのかもしれません。
お酒は焼酎を中心にいただきましたが、
大分の泰明(660円)、佐藤の黒(880円)美味しかったです。
もう少し気軽に入れたら嬉しいなあ
