上司との飲み会で幹事が予約してくれた店、日本酒好きな上司がいたので
それなりの日本酒は揃った店をおさえているとは思っていたが、この店を選んだ幹事グッジョブ
雰囲気はいたって普通の居酒屋だったが、料理がどれも旨い。特に刺身は仕入れルートを持っているのか
かなり良い質だった。船盛りの刺身は繊細とは言わないがボリュームがあり見事な盛りぐあい。
鯛はぷりっとしてたんぱくな味が良く、赤身中トロマグロは柔らかな舌触りに、つい旨いと声が出る
帆立やサーモンなど、旨いネタが揃っていて刺身好きにはたまらなかった。
合わせる日本酒は、田酒や写楽など厳選されたものが揃っている。黒龍吟醸や伯楽星まであるとは驚き
値段の割に美味しくコスパが良いものは、あたごのまつ（超辛口）は食中酒によい
鶏のレア焼きに、お通しのイクラ豆腐、すき焼きと、どれも旨く量に対しての価格も安い
ビーフシチューはトマト風味でしっかり煮込前ているので肉が軟らかい。かなり肉肉しいメニューだが
これはこれで酒に合うので、おすすめだ。
１９時近くなると、ほぼ満席。人気があるのが分かる。ある意味、居酒屋でも探せばこんな
良い店があるんだと考えさせられた。女性２人組も多く、刺身と日本酒を楽しむ姿は実にいい
ここは予約してから訪れるのが良いと感じた。
