数年前に系列店に入ったことがあるが、そこはこの店よりフロアは広くお酒の銘柄も豊富であったものの、立ち飲みでお客さんも賑わい落ち着けなかったが、こちらはほどよい広さでイス席。お客さんは満員ながらも、穏やかに談笑していて、雰囲気がいい。
入店の際に予約しておいた基本のコースの支払いをして、席に案内される。そこでお店のシステムの説明を受けたらスタート。
グラスを手に取って冷蔵庫の前へ。そして気になる酒瓶から自らそそぐ。
知らない銘柄も多く、目移りして迷ってしまう。
冒険心を奮い立たせ初めての酒を試すもよし、定番を満足するまで飲んでもよし。日本酒好きが各々の楽しみ方ができる。
自分はもちろんチャレンジ！甘いのからいの砂糖水だのと仲間たちと笑いながら楽しんだ。
料理はお店でも注文できるが、持ち込みOKなので、自分たちもだが周囲のお客さんも色々な料理やつまみを持参して飲んでいた。
酒飲みには欠かせないお水も。冷えたボトルが提供され、コップに注げる。ボトルが空いたら新しいものを自分でテーブルに持ってこれるから、冷たく美味しい水がいつでもしっかり飲めるのも良い。
こういうお店好き。
近所とか通勤経路にあったら通っちゃうな。
