元気のよい店内 ＣPt高い料理
5月14日にオープン出そうです。開店2日目に伺ったことになる。
以前はどのような店があったか思い出せず、、、
カウンターとテーブル席があり、カウンターを見た瞬間、
割と高い店かと思いましたが、そんなことはない。
ホッピー430円で中170円というかなりのリーズナブル感
お通しの長芋はしゃきっとして、コストをかけずに美味しいものの代表かな
鯵フライ580円 タルタルがさっぱりしている。鯵そのものは普通か
揚げ具合が良いので実に美味しい
鮭とイクラの親子ポテサラ500円 ポテサラそのものは普通だが、イクラと鮭が
合わさると無敵 の代表みたいな料理
アラ汁は大変鉱物であったので頂きました、もうちょっとアラを煮込んだ味だとベターだったかな
色々食べて2500円、税込み価格で分かりやすいのもよいね。
料理人もホールスタッフも開店2日目と思えないくらいのよいオペレーションでした。

まだまだ、事態宣言状態で行きたい店がクローズのため
こちらに来店
いやはや、混んでる
事態宣言で空いている店が少ないのもあると思いますが、
こちらの人気がうかがえる。
3名ですが個室に案内してもらいました。
今日は人数が多いので色々食べてみます。
鮭とイクラの親子ポテサラ500円
親子の必然性は感じないですが、塩気とポテトのマッチが絶妙です。
蟹味噌チーズ焼き850円
蟹味噌濃厚 チーズと合わせると濃厚しすぎか、、
鮮魚3点盛り1100円
このお店では比較的高いほうですが、中トロが最高でした。
イカの沖漬け500円
コリコリとしたイカと肝の濃厚さのマッチがよい
海のフォアグラ900円
何かと思ったらエイのキモとのこと、触感は牛レバーそのものか
海鮮出汁茶漬け600円
出汁で海鮮がレア目になってたいへんおいしい
リーズナブルでおいしい料理が出てくるあたり、
人気店がよくわかります。
