お昼の定食から炒烤羊肉(羊炒め)
カルトで芹菜餃(セロリ餃子)を
いただきましたぁ
炒烤って云うのは
初めての技法
先に烤(焼き)してから
炒(炒める)のかなぁ
孜然(クミン)と辣醤、洋葱を合わせて
思わずビール呑みたくなっちゃう味付け
芹菜餃は安定の味わい
下味が充分ついてますから
ちょこっと辣醤垂らすだけで充分
ふぅ、美味しかったぁ〜！
次回は羊雑湯(モツ煮)と
酸豆角米綫(漬物麺)で
北方気分を盛り上げると致しましょう。
