『きんぼし』で軽くソロ飲みを楽しんだした後、
〆に？麺類が食べたくなったオヤジ一人
前々から気になっていたそば屋は既に営業終了・・
ならば乗り換えに利用する上野駅構内で立ち食いそばでも食べようと
秋葉原駅へ向かう途中で見つけたのが当店だった
「久しぶりにちゃんぽんでも食べるか？」
「ちゃんぽんなら野菜も多く摂れて飲んだ後に良いな」
ということで入店！
建物に設置されている看板は大きいが、細長い通路の奥に店があった
店内も細長い形状だが入口から抱くイメージよりも意外と広めでホッとした（笑
ー 旬熟成Xじげもんちゃんぽんコラボメニュー ー
◆発酵熟成 牛ホルモンちゃんぽん 1,400円（税込）也
満腹必至 ごはん又はソフトドリンク付き
（ちなみに『旬熟成』という店を知らず、『じげもんちゃんぽん』も初利用だから
両社共に詳細は分からない・・）
狙いは勿論、ちゃんぽん！
野菜盛り盛りの麺を楽しむつもりで入店したが、
『牛ホルモン』の文字と丼の写真は
ホルモン好きな自分にとって強烈なインパクトとして目と脳に入り込んだ⤴︎
もう、他のメニューは見ない、見えない・・
躊躇なくフロア担当お兄さんを呼び寄せて注文したw
そしてこのメニュー
ご飯かソフトドリンクが選べて付いてくる・・
ここは迷わず『ご飯』を頼んだ
ソフトドリンクは無用、代わりにビールを別注か？
とも考えたが、〆麺だから自重
かと言ってご飯を頼んだことが正解か？と云うと・・
そこは忘れようw
さて、この『牛ホルモンちゃんぽん』
注文して正解！
牛ホルモンが小さくカットされていて麺や野菜と一緒に食べやすい
牛ホルモンの味わいも十分堪能出来た
麺はちゃんぽんらしく黄色い太麺で食べごたえも歯ごたえも良かった
麺の茹で具合はベストな仕上がり
野菜も多めでコレも良い
スープがよく食べている◯ンガーハットよりも色濃く味も濃いめ
ベースの豚骨スープが濃いのか？は分からないが
◯ンガーハットよりも自分好みだった
このちゃんぽん、旨いな♪
サービスで付いてくるライス（小サイズ）に
牛ホルモンを中心に飯の上にのせ、
卓上にあった『にんにくラー油』を加えて食べてみた
小丼の完成！
味わいにややパンチ力と辛味が加わり、これも旨かった♪
久しぶりのちゃんぽんをライスと共に堪能出来た
他にも気になるメニューがあるから、
きっと店舗を見かけたら、また利用すると思う
ただ、唯一
出来ることなら価格がもう少し安価だと有難い
飲んだ後の勢いで1,400円のメニューを躊躇なく注文したが
やはり千円超えとなると素面では注文出来ないかも？
しれないかな（笑
