秋葉原駅の1番出口からすぐ窓が大きくスケルトンなビルの1階に“鮪と炭火焼き うお炭”がありました。鮪が好物なので沢山食べれる事を期待して入店しました(*^^*)

早めに予約していたので運よく食べる事が出来ました。イサキ、ハマチ、縞鯵、甘海老、カンパチ、帆立、中トロ、大トロ、スプーンで掻き出す中落ちがそのまま2切れも！醤油 岩塩 酢橘で頂きました。新鮮でぷりぷりで冷凍ではなく生の状態を提供しているとわかります。スプーンで表裏の鮪が沢山掻き出せる楽しさもありました
刺身の量が多くてこれだけで大満足になりますよ！

炭火焼きの火入れが丁度良くて熱々で美味しい。

魚続きでお口直しに注文。トマト、ガリ、玉葱でさっぱりしました。

鮪と絹豆腐が優しい出汁醤油で染み染みに。葱がアクセントでお酒のアテになります‼︎
