立ち飲み大松で、イワシ＆三冷ホッピーを飲ってから
裏通りに入ると、イイ感じの居酒屋を発見！
酔った勢いで店内へ。
2階のカウンター席に案内していただきました。
席につくと、紙のお品書きを渡されます。
本日の日付が入っていて、左下には朱印が押してあります。
岩がき、のど黒、釣りきんき、平政・・・
美味しいメニューが並んでいるものの、どこにもお値段が書いてない。。
・・・しまった、身分不相応のお店だったか。。(-_-;;
元気のいいオネイサンがやってきて、
本日のオススメを次々と教えてくれます。
勧められるままに、鷹勇 純米吟醸酒 海にとける陽(限定品)、
徳島 特大天然岩がきと松皮がれい薄造りを注文。
オネイサンは、攻撃の手をゆるめず、
焼物は、、野菜は、、と怒涛の攻撃を続けます。
「あっ、あとはちょっと考えさせて…」といって一段落。
鷹勇(1,960円税別)を口に含むと、水玉がころころと舌を伝っていくような心地よい飲み心地。
山形の鯉川酒造の和らぎ水を出していただきました。
お通し(650円税別)は三点盛り。
といっても和民のそれよりも立派です。
心太、烏賊、がんもの桜えび和え。
松皮がれい薄造り(1,980円税別)は
ポン酢・もみじおろし・小ネギでいただきました。
歯ごたえがあって、旨みと甘みがやってきます。
そして出てきた天然岩がき(3,160円税別)は、チョーでかいっ！
殻をもってベロンっといきたいところですが、
大きいので四口くらいかかります。
この食べごたえは牡蠣好きにはたまりません。
丸茄子の揚げ出し(880円税別)をお願いして、
日本酒(1,960円税別)をもう一杯お替りしました。
二人で料理3品と日本酒2杯で12,139円也。
いつもなら4軒分のお値段でした。。(-_-;;
TPO間違えました。。ｽｲﾏｾﾝ…
美味しい日本酒と料理をじっくり味わいたいときに良さそうなお店だけど、
意外とお一人様も多い印象。。
どういう使い方がいいんだろう。。
