神田駅前にある老舗居酒屋。
老舗ではあるが、店内は綺麗に改装されており、また、ゆったりとした造り。
店内各所の置き物や花は綺麗に手入れされており、きっちりとした雰囲気。
あぁ、これは料理は間違いないものが出てくると確信。
コロナ禍にあって、お客もだいぶ減っていると思われるが、
そういうときでもちゃんとお花を飾ってきちんとおもてなし。
このお花、かなり高級だし、手間がかかっている。
もし行く機会があれば、ちょっと見てみて頂きたい。
という訳で、出てきた料理は、予想通り、きっちりとしたもの。
寸分の狂いもないような、正統派の居酒屋料理。
捏ね繰り回しなし。余計な飾りなし。これ見よがしの高級食材なし。
極々オーソドックスな居酒屋料理を、素材の味重視でシンプルに仕立てられている。
お値段は少々張るけれど、そんなべらぼうな価格設定ではないし、
素材の良さを考えたら至極真っ当な価格設定。というか、むしろ良心的。
お刺身のクオリティは流石。間違いがない目利き。
お浸しも、厚揚げも、厚焼き玉子も、美味しい。
こういうシンプルな料理がきっちり美味しいのって、とても嬉しい。
サービスだったのか、日本酒はお銚子にたっぷりと注いで下さった。
気持ちのいい居酒屋。
個人的にかなり好きなタイプ。
