新八さんというと、埼玉県の神亀が脳裏に浮かぶ老舗の居酒屋ですが。
いつからかランチ営業をされていた様で、つい最近それを知りました。
早速、昼に訪問。

海老、春菊、茄子、蓮根、さつまいも、舞茸
蕎麦は、とても腰がありすこぶるいい食感です。これはいい打ち具合。
量も適度。
かえしは甘み控えめで醤油感がしっかりあり、これは好みです。
山葵は静岡産の本物。
居酒屋の蕎麦と侮るなかれ、本格蕎麦屋で出しているレベルの蕎麦にびっくりしました。
11時〜15時(L.O. 14時)なので、遅いお昼でも余裕を持てるのも助かります。
昼の新八、侮れないです。
