神田の居酒屋さん
それなりに広い店内を大将１人でほぼ全ての料理。
先付けでマグロの握りが入ってたけどまずその美味しさにビックリ。
その後鱧の湯引き、バイ貝、鯵のなめろうからいただき始めたけど全ての魚がかなりの美味しさ。
たぶん70は越えてるのではないかと思われる大将の手は長年魚を扱ってるからか分厚く、まさに職人さんの手。
魚捌くのを見てると見とれてしまう手際の良さ。
そしてあれだけ美味しいのだからそりゃあお客さんも入ります。
これは是非ともまた再訪しなければと思う美味しさでした。
居酒屋でこんな高得点付けたの初めてかも。
神田はディープだなぁ
