東京神田駅から徒歩で2分。
いつも予約で入れないお店でしたが、今回はタイミング良かったのか2時間くらいでしたら席が空いているとのことで訪店♪
お店に入ると、酒蔵っぽいイメージ^ ^
日本酒も美味しい所が揃っていますね！
お通しが運ばれきて、汁にたくさんの小鉢♪
最初から食欲の出てくる演出〜！
クリームコロッケを頼むと赤い卵のようなお姿に驚き
タラコの味噌漬けも新食感レベル。
このどちらも、わさびと合わせて食べると言う異次元ぶり。わさびを合わせると、素材の味がグッと主張されてくると言うか、思わず日本酒を喉に流し込みたくなります(^｡^)♪
