There seem to be restaurants in Hiroshima, Mie, and Matsuzaka that call themselves ``Salaryman Kappo'' (I haven't visited them yet). As expected, I think this is the only restaurant in Tokyo that calls itself Sarariman Kappo. Located on the first basement floor, right next to the west exit of Kanda Station. I entered the restaurant as if I had been invited by the signboard of "Sarariman Kappo." You will be taken to a table in the tatami room on the right.・Assorted thrusts. What is the green carving? It's finely chopped, and it's a little slimy, so I guess it's Mibu greens. But I feel like it was a little different. Also, shishamo (I think it's capelin from Norway), shrimp with mayo, duck loin, and a slightly sweet and cold egg roll.・Hoya. The suggestion is to eat it with lemon salt. I'm a little curious about whether sea squirts are farmed or wild. I think I've heard that they come in different colors. The outer skin is a beautiful orange color. But I feel like this is like farming. Balanced with bitterness and squeezed lemon. The taste gradually becomes addictive.・Okizuke pickled squid. It is served frozen. However, once it melted, it might have turned out surprisingly well. It goes particularly well with hot sake. There were about 3 bottles of beer for the 3 of us. I ordered 2 bottles and received 1 additional bottle. A medium bottle of Sapporo's black raw rice. The hot sake is from Iso in Koshi. Fukui sake. The sake was so hot that it was difficult to hold the sake bottle. Two 2 cups. This time, I didn't really ask for the knob. It felt like we were just drinking and talking. ``Sarariman'' might be a good place to relax and have a drink. If I have a chance, I may visit you again.
