Remarks |
Opened in 1978, Torigen is celebrating its 35th year since its establishment. The charcoal used is Kishu Binchotan charcoal, and the chicken meat is low-fat, tender, and full of collagen, made from Iwate Prefecture's Nasai-tori chicken! The secret sauce has been the same since the restaurant opened! Yakitori is also made by hand, one skewer at a time, every day. A restaurant that evokes the Showa era, with no microwaves, and where Japanese craftsmanship remains! |
PR for restaurants |
An authentic Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant!! Only 2 more days left of business this year!! New Year starts on the 5th!!
Opened in 1978! "Torigen" is celebrating its 36th year since its establishment. We use Kishu Binchotan charcoal and Nasai chicken from Iwate Prefecture, which is low in fat, tender and full of collage
...n! We use a secret sauce that has been used since the restaurant's establishment! We also make each skewer of yakitori by hand every day. This restaurant retains the Japanese craftsmanship of the Showa era, without using microwave ovens! The other day, a chef from the Imperial Hotel visited us and highly praised us, saying, "I've never eaten Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) this delicious!" Please try Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers), which is so delicious that even a chef from a famous hotel would approve! The staff's number one recommendation is the yakitori bowl. The five types of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and rice soaked in the secret sauce are irresistibly delicious! The entrance is narrow and the restaurant is old, so it may seem difficult to enter, but it is a bright, homey restaurant run by a family. We will prepare dishes according to your budget. You can also bring your own drinks (500 yen per person). Please come and visit us! We will be open until the 26th this year, and from the 5th next year!! We are also accepting reservations for New Year's parties. Have a happy new year!
